Very rarely is does an "overnight" success actually happen that quickly. It is more common to hear someone say it took ten years of work to become an "overnight" success.
We've talked on Quick Hits before about how do you know when you should quit, pivot or do something different.
Today I wanted to talk about just sticking with it. Seeing it through to the bitter end (whatever that means in business).
All three of my panelists have experience in trials and tribulations that come with business ownership and know the feeling of wanting it NOW while being willing to do the things and allow the time it takes for something to grow.
Stewart Wiggins, Yonason Goldson and Emily Rentas shared some poignant thoughts about patience with yourself and the process is important but too much patience can lead to complacency and stagnation.
What do you think? How much of business success is about being willing to be patient?
