The Role of Elders in the Church (Ep 115)

The Lord has appointed the role of Elders in the church to ensure good governance and right doctrine in the church. Sadly, many churches do not appoint Elders but have a single man at the head of the church. Such a practice is fraught with danger for the individuals concerned and the church as a whole.
