A Sinn Fein MEP is warning EU budget plans could see a cut in funding for the Common Agricultural Policy of 15 per cent, while spending on defence increases.
The European Union's Budget Committee is examining the details of the seven year budget proposed after 2020.
It will be the first budgetary period post-Brexit.
