Are you too busy? How do you deal with stress? Do you even recognise when it is time to pause? Many entrepreneurs struggle to create enough room to function, this can lead to overworking. As a one who has run her own business for 15 years, I understand that there is a difference between being busy and being productive- but I sometimes struggle to recognise which is which. Having spent the last couple of months being excessively busy, I am excited to share with you, the lessons I learned.
My hope is that you will come to identify and isolate that which is good and needed while you discard the good yet unnecessary in your life.
Lessons learned:
-
Create Margins. Everything of value has a space around it; that'\s how you can tell it apart from its surroundings.
-
Declutter Do not limit decluttering to your physical space; be intentional about the conversations you hold and the thoughts you think too.
-
Keep your vision in front of you In pictorial, words or a physical reminder, having your destination in plain sight will keep you working on the big picture; that way you do not get bugged down with tiny little details.
