Meet Doug Minter the Director of Small Business Development for the Knoxville Chamber. Doug presented during the Association for Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE) in Des Moines, Iowa.  Following the session we asked him to sit down with us and talk about the status of equality in business, what opportunity looks like and the issue of equity.
