Questions from a Business Buyer or Investor - Luke Layman

In this week’s The Faces of Business Episode, our guest speaker was Luke Layman. Luke is the Chief Executive Officer of Vector Solutions Inc.  Luke buys and invests in companies he can grow and sell.  Luke likes to partner with owners who still want to work in and grow their businesses.  Luke shares the common questions he asks potential business sellers as he gets to know them and is doing buyer diligence.

 

Vector Solutions is an Aerospace and Defense Company that specializes in high technology integration and robust mission support.  Luke is a veteran and was also a Fighter Pilot for the US Air Force.
