If you're local to the foothills, chances are you've heard the name Tom Barker. No? How about Birthday Girl? 

Tom is a local performer, drag queen, former radio personality and generally just a killer vibe that makes impressions and friends where ever he goes. 

We had the chance to talk about what 30 is feeling like for him, how we are growing and changing, and the ups and downs that come with being such a vivacious personality.
