How to Make Meaning and Create a Legacy with Legacy Expert Susie Briscoe

Have you ever thought about your legacy? I know some people think that can be a bit grim, but since my diagnosis, I’ve been thinking a lot about creating my legacy before time runs out… And, I see a strong association between legacy and patient advocacy. Maybe like you, I must make meaning of what life has thrown my way. Now, I’m now passionate about others not having to experience autoimmune and wanting others to optimize their health ‘before it’s too late.’ So when my friend Susie Briscoe released her latest book, “Ascension to Legacy: How to Live Your Legacy in Your Lifetime,” I asked her to share with us what she’s learned about legacy. Susie first defines it for us “…legacy is something you create during your lifetime with the sole idea of benefiting generations who will follow you, whether in your immediate family or whether you broaden your horizons with the intention to benefit humanity.”
