107 | Definition of Integrity

In today's show, Chris reveals the true meaning of integrity. 

Integrity, Chris reveals is comprised of three components. The first component is "Doing what you said you will do, and doing it on time".  This first component highlights the power of keeping your word. 

The second component of keeping your integrity is "Knowing what you are to do, doing it as it was meant to be done, and doing it on time". This second component is about being keenly aware of your responsibilities, and adopting a pro-active approach. 

The third and final component is "Doing what others expected you to do, and still doing it". Lot of expectations, like the ones that our friends and families have from us are unspoken but are valid and real.
