General Hospital: Who Drops the Gio Bombshell on BLQ and Dante? #gh

General Hospital sees the mysterious biological parentage of Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza), son of Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), also known as BLQ, will be revealed. The truth bomb will be dropped by Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins), who shares her suspicions with Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright). Carly advises Lulu to secretly run a DNA test using Gio's toothbrush to confirm her theory 
on the ABC soap opera.

GH sees the revelation could also come from Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), who has asked Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) to use his mob resources to find her great-grandson. Carly and Jason might also decide to conduct a DNA test behind the scenes. Carly, wanting to shield Lulu from any potential fallout, might take the truth to Dante or BLQ herself. Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer), who has been eaten up by guilt, may also spill the truth about Gio.
