A lot of what we are told in fitness is FAST results. 15 minute abs. Eat 1000 calories a day! Run 1000 miles and you'll get lean. OR the opposite: Workout for 3 hours a day. NO DAYS OFF. Eat whatever you want as long as you workout harder..... all of this info is confusing and not fitting for MOST people.
