Some of the best lessons are learned from failure. Society has learned unfortunately from school that if you fail you can't succeed. But the best lessons are actually learned from failure. Take Elon Musk for example, Paypal isn't what it is today without failure. He had to constantly change and evolve it to get better, same with Tesla and SpaceX. Read Issac Waltersons book on Elon and see how many failures he endured and now he is worth in the range of $250 billion. That was all from lessons learned from failure.
