083. 5 Tips To Make Friends As An Adult, Especially After a Breakup

Trying to find the perfect mate comes with so many challenges, but I think we forget just how challenging it can be to acquire new friendships as an adult. Then, there’s extra precautions we have to take after a breakup.

Making friends can be scary anytime after high school and college, in my opinion; but it’s definitely not impossible. There are a number of ways you can connect with others to form new bonds that can last a lifetime.

As Valentine’s Day is quickly approaching, I thought it would be nice to focus less on relationships with a significant other and realize that other relationships are just as important.

So, join me in today’s episode as I give you some tips to navigate this whole finding new friends situation.
