The Outpouring of the Holy Spirit

On the day of Pentecost, there was an outpouring of the Holy Spirit in confirmation of the prophetc  word spoken by the prophet Joel. God poured out his spirit on all fresh so give opportunities to everyone because everyone is a potential carrier of the Holy Spirit.
