It’s the same fire. | PadreCast Thirty-Third Sunday Ordinary Time

"The day is coming" - the day of judgement - "blazing like an oven." Powerful imagery.

"When all the proud and all evil doers will be stubble. And the day that is coming will set them on fire."

And He also says, "But for you who fear My Name" - the Name of the Lord - "there will arise a sun of Justice with its healing rays." You might be tempted to think these are two different images. You'd be mistaken.

... and there is a way given to us by Jesus Christ Himself to actually go before the judge, even now, here on earth.
