Deborah K. Heisz's forte is building strong teams and leading them to embody the founder's vision and company culture. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in the multibillion dollar direct selling industry, Deborah K. Heisz has successfully built and led strong teams to achieve strategic goals. Deborah has successfully chaired Neora’s global steering committee and directed the leadership team to position the company for new growth. In addition to being Neora’s Co-CEO, Deborah maintains her role as Chief Executive Officer of Live Happy, LLC. Deborah is the co-founder and editorial director of the Live Happy magazine and the happiness movement.

Tyler and Deborah’s discussion focused on the idea that we are in control of our lives and happiness is a choice. They discussed the science of positive psychology, not having goals at the expense of congruence, happiness growing when shared, hope as a key component of happiness, and other science-backed nuggets of wisdom necessary happiness. They also talked about how we’re genetically wired to seek out negativity, with Deborah sharing two activities we can do everyday to think more positively.
