04: Lauren Simmons, The Wolfette of Wall Street Interview

At 22 years old, Lauren Simmons shattered the glass ceiling and made history by being the youngest and only full-time female equity trader on Wall Street for Rosenblatt Securities. Affectionately called the “Wolfette of Wall Street,” Simmons was also the second African-American woman in history to hold the prestigious title.

Since her story broke, Lauren Simmons has been featured in various media outlets including Harper’s Bazaar, Forbes, Politico, CNBC, and The Cut. She has had brand partnerships with LinkedIn, Express, Champs, and currently, she has a movie on her journey to Wall Street starring Kiersey Clemons. @lasimmons
