Student Services is an essential, indispensable, necessary, and needed division for “College Life Success”. The Systemic Enrollment Management Matrix (SEM²) core philosophy is to cultivate authentic engagements, intentional conversations, and transparent purposes by allowing participants to responsively share their experiences, thoughts, and insights concerning seven critical learner-centered questions and seven strategic enrollment management dimensions (strategy, academic, recruitment, retention, operations, policy, and analytics) with the intent to create a consistent college-wide enrollment focus.
