Public Charge: A Training for Immigration Legal Representatives

New official rules on public charge went into effect on December 23, 2022. This training will provide an overview of the new rules and is aimed at helping attorneys and legal representatives provide proper advice to would-be adjustment of status clients about this complex area of law.  (3/1/23)
