Australian company Lynas plans toxic waste dump in Malaysia

Australian rare earth mining and refining company Lynas has applied for a licence to build a permanent dump for its toxic waste in a pristine rainforest in Malaysia after piling up a mountain of toxic, and partly radioactive, waste near its controversial refinery near the city of Kuantan.
