Welcome to the ensemble! Today, we are exploring our wishes. What is a wish? As actors, we know what an objective is, what we need to accomplish in a scene or play. But the term objective stifles a key element: desire. Stimulating the spirit. We are creatures of want. And that’s where the wish comes in. In a Russian theatre school in Uzbekistan, I learned not only to lead myself by my wishes onstage, but also in life. Let’s turn our “objectives” into WISHES and make the daily commitment to living an artistic life, together....
