NBC's new medical drama "The Night Shift" is pulling in an average 6.9 million viewers a week. Not only is that impressive for a summer offering but it's proof that TV lovers still can't get enough of those hospital procedurals. Stars Eoin Macken and Jill Flint, who play ER docs T.C. Callahan and Jordan Alexander respectively, sat down with a roundtable of reporters including podcast host Mekeisha Madden Toby to talk about the show, the genre and more.
