S&P Futures are displaying a cautious move higher this morning as the market await this morning Non-Farms Payrolls report. Overnight in Washington, House Republicans have been working through significant internal resistance to President Trump's tax bill. The bill is expected to pass sometime today.   The Trump Administration has eased some curbs on exports of chip-design software to China. TRIP is trading higher this morning as Starboard Value fund has taken a 9% position in the company. Seeing positive momentum in AMZN & TGT ahead of their sales events. On the economic front, Reports on the trade deficit, weekly jobless claims and purchasing managers indexes for services are also due out today.
