AM Report 28 June 18: Stocks under pressure at the close while oil continued to rally

US sharemarkets traded on both sides on the ledger as investors focussed developments with US trade and investment policies. US President Trump has indicated he will rely on the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) to assess foreign investments in US companies, especially technology companies. After trading in a 454 point range, the Dow Jones ended near the days lows, down by 166 points or 0.7%. The S&P 500 index fell by 0.9% and the Nasdaq lost 116.5 points or 1.5%.
