Eyes That See

There's a very special miracle that happens every single day that we often don't think about. That is to have a vision, to be able to physically see with our eyes. When we sleep, our eyes don't function. Even if we sleep with our eyes open, during our sleep, we are like blind or sightless individuals. Therefore, when we wake up and we are able to see again, many people take the opportunity to thank the Creator for restoring the power of sight.

But there are people with good eyesight, yet they are blind. They're blind to the spiritual matters, to kindnesses of the world, or to things that they're supposed to see. They cannot see the benevolence of the divine providence or the goodness of the world, and this basically leads to the destinies of everything and everyone. They're like sightless people grasping in the dark.
