The Power of Forgiveness with Lou Lessard Special Guest Lou Lessard will share his personal story and how forgiveness has played such a profound part in his journey. Lou will also explain what he calls the “Forgiveness Formula” and as well as explore the energetics of forgiveness and releasing our wounds and traumas… many of which may have been passed down from our ancestors! BIO: Lou grew up in Erving Massachusetts, a small town about 2 hours west of Boston. After serving 4 years in the US Navy, he accumulated 20+ years experience as an industrial (manufacturing) engineer working primarily in the medical electronics industry. Lou has always been sensitive to the thoughts, feelings and energy of others and the world around him. Having never lost his sense of curiosity, he has studied a broad and diverse range of “spiritual” topics including Shamanism, Pranic (energy) Healing, Light & Sound Healing modalities, Crystals, Akashic Records to only name a few. He’s met many great teachers, guides and friends along the way, all kindred spirits sharing a passion for learning and growing in order to help themselves and all of humanity move forward, live in harmony and raise our consciousness. As Lou’s life evolves, he has found that helping others is what matters most and brings a sense of joy and fulfillment. The best way to help others is to helps ourselves first and then share what we know with those who come into our lives and are ready. He has seen how LOVE, GRATITUDE and FORGIVENESS are the keys that unlock the inner and outer universe for each of us. By bringing awareness, understanding and compassion to what we THINK, SAY and DO we can transform not only our lives but the world around us.
