Covid 19 Help and be helped.

The official guidance from the Scottish Government is that we should be ready for restrictions to be in place for most of a year.  What can we do.

1.  Avoid direct social contact  - 2 m particularly over 70's and pregnant women.
2. Avoid public places such as bars, night clubs and sporting events.
3. Work from home where possible
4. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
5. Use tissue when sneezing or coughing or use your sleeve.
6. You can go out for a walk and to get essential supplies.

 Do think about others when shopping.
