Today we discuss the different resurrections and judgments that are mentioned in Scripture in order to understand our passage in 1 John. We should be motivated by the judgment of Christ, and as believers, it is a comfort to know that we will not have to face the wrath of God. May we look to the judgment of Christ to help us prefect our love for God and for our brethren.

 

Next week we will be discussing the reading from volume 4, chapter 14 of “Life in Christ” by D. Martyn Lloyd-Jones (pages 537-547).
