JumpStart - Social Anxiety

Something crazy that occurred to me is, “ I wonder if people with severe social anxiety are benefiting from not having to go to work with others?“

I don’t mean that to sound insensitive – – and today I want to address my own social anxiety – – yes, I experience social anxiety as well, and how you might emerge back into society with less of it.

In this jumpstart, I’m going to let you in on the things I personally do on a day-to-day basis to feel less stressed and get more accomplished with less conflict with other people.
