Dr. Herbert discusses the importance of continued training as well as the classic conundrum of what should be taught in school and what should be learned on the job. She also discusses the agencies she has worked with over the years as a consultant in addition to the courses and presentations she has worked on. Dr. Jessica Herbert is currently the founder and CEO of IDEA Analytics.
