Mandy tells us about her childhood, she tells me she lived in Dawson Creek which was less than an hour from where I grew up.

She shares with me her favourite childhood memory and we talk about our love for Vancouver Island.

We talk about the locations that have charging energy that feels soul cleansing.

Mandy shares where the difficult moments on her journey were;

-She found herself being successful and happy on paper but she was exhausted and burnt out. She started to go within and started meditating, from there she was able to quiet her mind and her spirituality grew.

-Within this last year she was guided to take a leave of absence. During this leave, she was guided to work on inner healing and did counselling and somatic work to support her in this mental health journey.

She talks about the courses and offerings Soul Star Energy Collective offers to the public. And what they plan to bring into their offerings within the next year.

Mandy shares with us the event with her son that woke her up and fully brought her onto this spiritual path.
