Sometimes the pressure around us is too much, or at least that is how it seems to us. In this episode, Robert, Paul, AJ, and Erich talk about pressure in training, in combat, in the workplace, and in life in general. They share personal stories of their own stressful situations on the battlefield and in other areas of their lives, along with techniques they use to help them deal with these situations.

Robert is a retired US Army Armor and Recruiter/Retention MSG turned Fortune 50 executive; Erich Martin is an active duty U.S. Army Special Forces Master Sergeant; Paul Martinez is a retired U.S. Army Ranger sniper who served with 3/75th Ranger Regiment; Alejandra Avila (AJ) is an active duty Security Forces NCO with the U.S. Air Force.
