Luke 10:25-37: The one who showed him mercy (Advent and the Good Samaritan)

Welcome to the 3rd sermon in our series on Advent and the Good Samaritan (3 of 3).

During Advent, we are going to slowly walk through the story of the Good Samaritan in Luke 10. This is not simply the command to love our neighbor, but it is also the story of waiting and longing for the Rescuer to come. Advent is for those who are beaten and bruised, longing and waiting for Messiah to come and bring healing and hope.
