Be Like Bamboo With Dr. Jenelle Kim

Dr. Jenelle Kim is the force behind the California based JBK Wellness Lab, named to honor her great grandfather to represent Dr. Kim’s long lineage with herbal medicine. By preserving the formulas handed down through her Korean family, Dr. Kim is honoring those who laid the foundation of healing she is building upon and improving. A hard worker who started very early in life on her path of healing with herbal medicines, she was only ninteen when she jumped in professionally. Then in 2012 Dr. Kim was one of the first CBD producers in California, although it took some nagging for her to agree. But she couldn’t help herself because she is a caregiver and healer. Now the mom of two boys she talks with Joyce - and special Canadian co-host Amie Reiman - about her mission to heal, how formulation works, and why she is working so hard to help medical doctors understand the healing powers of cannabis and other herbal medicines.
