Learn how to receive abundance

How many times have you looked around and felt that no matter how much you do, others seems to have it easier?

When women are too much in their masculine energy of doing, achieving, and hustling instead of receiving, allowing and feeling they suffer. And they suffer physically.

What worked for me are the following examples:

Mind - Reading chapter of the book in the morning. Journaling about my intentions.

Soul - Guided meditation, affirmations, stillness and silence. 

Body - Breath work - simply connecting to your breath and body, body scan, yoga, stretching.
