In today’s episode, I talked with Marsha Flemmings-Walker on how she took her corporate experience and is using ito to fulfill her calling. She built a career in the hospitality and travel industry that spanned nineteen years, and after reflecting on her own success, she started her own company to help others do the same thing. Marsha is the Founder of Ripples of Legacy, LLC, where she works with emerging leaders to improve their voice, vision, visibility, value & impact. She’s also a best-selling author, a leadership consultant, a wife and a mom.
As an Alum of Cornell University and University of Technology in Kingston, Jamaica she continues to equip herself to help others unlock their potential, move beyond limiting beliefs, experience the growth they desire and create legacy in leadership and life.
