LitterPic-ing to Inspire Change | Organizing Litter Pickup | LitterPic Interview

350 Feet of road. That is all it would take if every adult in the US picked up the trash from just 350 ft of road, that would cover ALL of the US roads.

Imagine what it would look like if you could drive down the road and NOT have to see litter strewn about everywhere.

If everyone pitched in and just picked up 350 feet of road, many times just the distance in front of your house, all of our roadways would be clean.

But it is a monumental task, so LitterPic’s goal is to do good and inspire change. Inspire people to clean and not litter on our roadways. Educate children on why it is important to respect our world.

When we reduce the amount of trash we produce so that there is no way for it to end up on our roads, we reduce the use of resources and the amount of carbon that is released into the atmosphere to create that trash.

It all impacts the world, and in this interview with Alek Babich, we explore all of the connections, and how we can clean up our world to make it a greener and much more enjoyable place for all of us to live.
