I wonder who we could truly be if we didn't need to look for the approval of other's first? In today's episode, I talk about the wide spread epidemic of people pleasing, and how it started way back when we were too little to even realize. This need ultimately has the power to hold us back from our true potential, that is only if we let it.

I dive into why we need to look within for what is right for us, and only we know the answer to that question.
