Kelly hopeful Ukraine war avoided

Sean Kelly is hopeful that war in Ukraine may have been averted. Russia reportedly plans to withdraw some of its troops from the area. Last night the European Parliament voted through an aid package worth €1.2 billion for Ukraine. Speaking from Strasbourg this lunchtime, Fine Gael MEP, Sean Kelly, says the coming days will be key.
