Every triathlete has a story.   We set out on a journey that takes us to many places. We may have different reasons for pushing their limits, but we all understand what it means. At Tri Beginner’s Luck, we desire to uncover it all and share the stories and the why behind the tri-ing. 

 

Brandy's journey from diagnosis to determination is a testament to the human spirit's resilience. In this week's compelling episode, we delve into her story of transformation after facing a stage 3 breast cancer diagnosis. Brandy's realization of her inner strength propelled her to support other women within her community, guiding them toward their finish lines. Her passion for health and unwavering mission-mindedness led to the establishment of the 501c3  organization SheStrong, the creation of the Monarch Triathlon: a SuperHalf event, all dedicated to benefiting women battling cancer. Brandy's commitment doesn't stop there; she's also a valued member of the Tri Dot Coaching staff, where she helps individuals discover their potential and achieve their goals. Brandy's fierce and brave spirit shines through in every aspect of her journey, inspiring us to stand with her and the countless others battling cancer.

 

Brandy’s story reminds us that triumph is always possible, even in the face of adversity.
