Episode 4: Adria Scharf on Conflict Resolution, Handling Controversial Topics, and Engaging Youth

Adria Scharf is the executive director of the Richmond Peace Education Center. RPEC has a lofty goal- the organization works to build more peaceful, just and inclusive communities. In doing this work, they inevitably have to navigate controversial topics that could scare off potential supporters. In this episode, Adria talks about how she handles these subjects with finesse, while engaging youth in promoting peace.
