JV is a solo artist from Cleveland, OH operating under the name The House of Wills. Their new EP "the house always wins" is available now on all streaming platforms and has been generating local buzz around the Ohio music scene. 

The DIY approach to recording, songwriting and playing shows has given JV the freedom to really roll with the punches and enjoy the creative process.
