Welcome to The Castro Files. In this episode of The Castro Files Greg covers bizarre cases of temporary amnesia, otherwise known as Dissociative Fugue State. The primary focus of today's story is Hannah Upp. A normal, healthy woman from New York City that went out for a run and ended up missing for 12 days. Fugue State is a medical mystery that suddenly causes people to disconnect from their personality and in many cases flee their current location. Often times individuals are found when they snap back to reality or in some cases they may never reconnect with their previous identity.
