Genesis 50:19 19 But Joseph said to them, “Do not fear, for am I in the place of God?

Oh, what comfort for the sinful wretch

With pails drawn and no good in fetch

As they stare the stairs that Jacob hath gone

And fear the fears their sins hath borne

To now hear with ears the evil they meant

The savior sent did good invent

For their wretched souls to hear repent.
