145: The Conflict Resolution Playbook (w/ JEREMY POLLACK)

This was a special and unique episode with Jeremy Pollack in which we talked about the nature of conflict and the most efficient ways to handle and solve it.  This can apply in just about any area of life: family, marriage, work, school, etc. 

We talked about the dynamics of road rage and the safety/winning aspects of selfish actions that tend to lead to conflict in the first place.  We talked about the two-way street nature of relationships.  Jeremy elaborated on some examples as we talked about the best ways to diffuse conflict before it becomes explosive.
