Morning Report 14 November 19: Stocks mixed on Powell & trade headlines

US sharemarkets were mixed on Wednesday. There were soothing comments by the Federal Reserve chair in testimony to Congress. Shares eased from highs on reports that there were snags in US-China trade talks on farm purchases.
