Sometimes, unpleasant feeling is too intense to be mindful of. Ajahn Hasapanna teaches us how to be aware of our unpleasant feelings. Firstly by noticing how unpleasant feelings arise in our body and then by breathing in peace and exhaling unpleasant feelings i.e. letting them go.
