Hellllllo my guys! 

Today I have the wonderful Em in the studio to have a chat about their mental health journey. Em is a youth worker and climbing enthusiast who thrives in helping others. Em is also non-binary and chats super openly to me about their journey towards self acceptance. We chat about support groups, running and the importance of finding the right place to work.
