Market Close 8 Nov 22: Aussie market lifts for 3rd day

The Australian sharemarket edged higher for a third straight day ahead of US midterm elections and the latest on US inflation due Thursday. Banks bounced back from Monday’s heavy declines, while lithium miners, The a2 Milk Company (A2M) and The Lottery Corporation (TLC) all improved.
