If you had thought about being the first person to propose on a paddle board, it's been done, at least in deed in Stonehaven by Ruari Dickie to his school sweetheart Sarah Steel. She was speechless but overjoyed. We have it on good authority that this story is very likely to make its way into Brian's Top Ten near the end of the year. A Five Star Hotel -The Marcliffe Hotel and Spar and a Meallmore Care Home are on course to rub shoulders with each other in 2021. The Care Home is planned to be built on currently overgrown land next to the Hotel. It is planned that the development will have no impact on the Hotel.
An eight year old girl Katie Denny has donated her hair To the Little Princess Trust who would make wigs for children who had suffered from alopecia or had been diagnosed with cancer. In donating her hair, Katie also raised funds for Charlie House to help their Big Build. Katie plants to grow her hair again and donate when she is 16. To donate
The Bon Accord Centre have opened a new spiral slide and indoor beach as summer attractions. Children and shoppers will be able slide from the Upper Mall to the Lower Mall. It is hoped that those using the attractions will donate. Funds collected will be shared among three charities. One Great Day, Great Ormond Street Hospital, and The Archie Foundation
